  1. So pretty, Marilyn. Your photos are beautiful so bright and clear. Thank you for your lovely message. Playing with the photos is a lot of fun to see how far you can push and what you can come up with. I don't think everyone cares for that so much but I do and I'm glad you agree..Happy Valentine's Day..xxoJudy

    1. Hi Judy... yes.. I too LOVE playing with my photos! Enhancing, adjusting, changing, adding texture or frames, it's all so much fun. Sometimes I do a blog post just so I can play with photos and post them! Yours are wonderful too with the look of days gone by.. I really love them. I did have a nice Valentine's Day... company from out of town and I had a little Valentine's Day "brunch" for them. I don't entertain very often, so it was fun. Have a nice weekend. Hugs.. Marilyn

    1. Thank you Laura. It was fun looking through my old blog post photos and picking out a few. Was hard to only choose a few though! I've eaten my share of Hershey kisses these last few days, so it's time to STOP! Too many sweets for me. Hope all is well with you..... xoxoxo Marilyn

I so enjoyed your pretty pictures and lovely ideas. Thanks for sharing!

Oh, before I forget, a little while ago you asked where I find my fabric. There are three places I LOVE to shop for it and they are:

    Missouri Star Quilt Company: https://www.missouriquiltco.com/

    Sew Stitching Happy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SewStitchingHappy

    Cottage Couture Fabric: https://www.etsy.com/shop/cottagecouturefabric

    Hugs!

    1. Stephanie... hope you too had a nice Valentine's Day. I did.. it was very nice sharing it with my bestie from grade school! Thank you for the fabric links. I checked out each one. I love Missouri Star Quilt Co. I watch her videos on YouTube and subscribe to her... they are lots of wonderful fabrics. I really also liked Cottage Couture Fabric on Etsy.. just my style of the pastels and shabby pinks! Fabric is plain and simply..."art" to me and I love it all. The colors and designs just call my name sometimes and I have to have it! of course, scrapbook papers do the same thing and that's why I love papercrafting too. Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day.... hugs to you sweet lady... Marilyn

    1. Thank you Kris. I love my cards too! When I went back through my older posts, I saw so many cards I had forgotten about. One of these days, I'm going to do a post on just cards I've made in the past. They are so pretty to look at. I've given most away but have saved a few "just because I love them".!!! They are little works of art for sure. xoxo Marilyn

  5. I hope that your Valentine's Day was lovely. Steve bought me a beautiful card and I spaced out and did nothing. Our sweet neighbor called and said meet me at the gate, so Steve went out and there she was with warm apple dumplings they were amazing! It has been so hectic around here that I am completely worn out and we have company coming of dinner today. My sister past away a month ago and last week was her memorial. We had been expecting it for some time and ever since just before Thanksgiving we have had company staying at our little home. Everyone wanted to say good bye to her and they call like staying at our house. so we had company from Florida, Indiana, Oregon, Arizona, Minnesota and with every family that visited we had local relatives coming over to our house to visit with them, too. At 72 years old, it has just worn me down. I've got a huge case of the blues and my energy level is depleted. Hey, but I'm still smiling, LOL. It's been a time to grieve, but no time to do it :)
Sorry to dump all this on you.
    Connie :)
